- TENANT has to bear the cost of 500 Rs. stamp paper for the agreement
- DURATION OF THE LEASE: The lease shall be for eleven months, renewable by mutual consent for a further period
- RENT ESCALATION: In case the lease is renewed on mutual consent as set out in clause two above, the annual escalation of rent will be 10% of the rent (as set out in clause one above) charged immediately every eleven months
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: The TENANT has to pay one month of rent as a security deposit
- TELEPHONE AND INTERNET CHARGES: TENANT shall pay the usage charges to OWNER every month (if using)
- MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: The TENANT shall keep the PREMISES fittings and fixtures in good condition and shall not cause any damage thereto. The TENANT shall carry out routine minor plumbing, sanitary and electrical fittings at his cost
- SUBLETTINGS: The TENANT shall NOT assign, transfer, sublet, or part with the possession of the PREMISES or any part thereof to anyone else without the prior written permission of the OWNER
- USE OF PREMISES: TENANT shall use the PREMISES for Residential purposes only. ADDITION AND ALTERATIONS: The TENANT shall not make any additions or alterations in the PREMISES without the written consent of the OWNER
- INSPECTION: The TENANT shall permit the OWNER and any person authorized by the OWNER to inspect the PREMISES by giving prior intimation
- EARLIER TERMINATION OF LEASE: The OWNER can terminate the lease by giving prior written ONE MONTH notice. The TENANT can terminate the lease by same timeline but with minimum stay of two months
- The OWNER shall be entitled to terminate the lease in case of default by the TENANT in payment of rent and other charges for two consecutive months or for not complying with the terms and conditions of the lease
